Easterly Homes, LLC stands by all of our clients after their home construction is complete. We are dedicated to providing each of our homeowners with outstanding service from the initial meeting until long after one of our houses becomes their home.

Our priority is for each client to feel confident and secure in their new home. During construction, each home is inspected from beginning to end by third party inspectors. Upon completion, all of our homes are backed with a 2-year warranty, which is twice as long as the industry standard. Each of our homes also comes with a 10-year limited structural warranty that is backed by an independent third party.

Being a smaller and more attentive company, Peter Easterly will personally oversee all warranty processes. Consequently, the person who supervises your construction will also be the one to handle your warranty, so you know that your home will be completely taken care of from beginning to end.
